Registration for Seminars opens October 1, 2025.
Here is some important information as you plan ahead:
Included in Full Conference Registration (3 days):
- A reception for the always highly anticipated Complexity exhibit Thursday evening, with complimentary transportation from the hotel
- Shared meals where you can visit with friends old and new from Friday through Sunday lunch—all included in your registration
- Special meal-time events and entertainment, including include panel discussions, a fashion show and an inspiring keynote address.
- MarketPlace (get that CW Book you’ve been wanting or….)
- Poster Sessions (hear about what your fellow CW folk have been exploring) ,
- Off The Runway exhibit (see about what your fellow CW folk have been making)
- New this year, see the items from the Fashion Show up close and personal (check out what your fellow CW folk were wearing!)
- Silent Auction to support the Complexity Exhibit (plan your bidding strategy for that hot item)
- Study Group Gatherings (for some actual face-to-face conversations)
- As if all that wasn’t enough, your registration includes 5 two-hour sessions with some of the most interesting and knowledgeable people in weaving.
Before You Register (read this before you click the button):
- Each registration requires a unique email address.
- Make sure you correctly identify your registration status:
- Attendee (for full conference) – you are planning to participate in events, eat with the group and attend seminar sessions
- Companion – you are there for the events and to eat with your Attendee pal but NOT attend seminar sessions
- Teacher 1 – you are a leader for 1 session
- Teacher 2 – you are a leader for more than 1 session
- Choose 1 class from each of 5 sessions. If a class you want is full, join the waitlist BUT also choose another class in that time slot in case you don’t make it in to that session.
- When you complete your registration, you will receive an email. Your place in each session is held but registrations are not finalized until they are confirmed by the Registrar.

Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are not included in registration. Please use the link on the Accommodation page to make online reservations.
Conference Fees
- Early Bird – Full Registration $925 until October 19, 2025
- Early Bird Companion $545 (includes meals, exhibits, keynote)
- Regular Full Registration $975 after October 19, 2025
- Regular Companion $595 (includes meals, exhibits, keynote) after October 19,2025.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations incur a $35 handling fee. Refunds will be made by check from Complex Weavers. They will not appear as a credit to a charge card or PayPal, even if you register using one of those methods.
Please note that as there are usually waiting lists both for individual seminars and often for the event as a whole, there can be no substitution of attendee should you be unable to attend.
- Full refund of registration fee, less $35, up until January 5, 2026
- Half refund of registration fee, less $35, up until March 1, 2026
- No refund after April 1, 2026
