Peppermill Resort, Reno, is the conference hotel for both Complex Weavers Seminars and Convergence. All Seminars activities, with the exception of the Complexity exhibit, and all Convergence activities are held on-site.
There are two room options at the special Seminars/Convergence rate:
Rooms in the West and North Wings, at $99/room, includes either 1 king or 2 double beds. There is no safe in the room.
Rooms in the Peppermill Tower, at $129/room includes either 1 kind or 2 queen beds. This room has a safe.
At the time of booking, a resort fee of $20/day is added to the total estimated subtotal; however, this resort fee, which includes high speed wifi, is waived at checkout as long as the reservation is made through the link below. The Peppermill has a generous cancellation policy: there is no penalty if a room is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
