For CW: Reserving your room in the CW block helps us bring you great activities and keep the cost of Seminars down, because only rooms booked in our block count toward the commitments on which CW’s Hyatt rates and fees are based.

For YOU: Your Hyatt room includes FREE self-parking in the attached parking garage!

Please note that hotel booking dates for CW Seminars and HGA’s Convergence overlap, and HGA has blocked all the rooms from July 10-14. Therefore, If you plan to attend both CW Seminars and Convergence, please make two separate reservations for dates you will attend each, one in each room block. The Hyatt will be happy to link your reservations so you will not have to change rooms. To confirm that or ask any other questions about your booking, call the Hyatt directly at the number above.

Also, if you encounter a no-availability message in the booking process it may be because on one of the dates you have selected, the room block is full, especially if you have included July 3, 4, 5, 9 or 10. We are working with the Hyatt to increase the room block where necessary. However, if you encounter the problem, we suggest:

Changing the dates for your reservation to July 6, 7, 8 and trying again. After you’ve made that reservation, call the hotel directly and ask to add the other dates to your CW reservation. If it is after July 9, you will need to reserve those nights in the HGA block.
