REIMBURSEMENT FORM

Board Members and Representatives:
Complex Weavers Reimbursement Form is printed out and sent to the Treasurer by CW Board members and representatives to request reimbursement for expenses (such as postage) that they incur while performing their volunteer duties for CW.
