Bring a handwoven garment or fashion accessory to wear in the informal fashion show. If you are a first-time attendee, don't be shy! If you don't want to wear your garment, we'll find a model.
If you have more than one item to share, it will be displayed in the Off The Runway show.
Be sure to bring hand-dyed yarns, books, pamphlets, CDs, or other fiber-related items that you have created to sell in the Market Place.

Donate a special weaving or weaving-related item to this event. Proceeds benefit CW. Please bring items that can be easily carried home. Past auctions have included priceless wall pieces, special table linens, and treasured books.
Study group meetings are a great way to find out more about a particular group and if you would like to join. You do not need to be a member of a group to attend a meeting. In addition to telling about a group's activities, many members bring work for show-and-tell.
There are a number of ways you can help in running the conference. Volunteers are needed to assist with registration, silent auction, fashion show, as seminar aides, and in other areas. Please indicate your preferences when registering.
CW bylaws require a general membership meeting to be held annually. Check the schedule in the notebook distributed at Seminars and plan to attend this important meeting. The time and place will be posted for those not registered for Seminars.
We will provide conference attendees who either do not have an item for the Fashion Show, or have more than one item, with the opportunity to display an item in the "Off the Runway" event. The event is for wall pieces (reasonable size), table linens, scarves, bags, etc.  More details later.
