Several different dormitory/housing arrangements are available at the National 4-H Center. Please note that no one need sleep on the upper bunk bed. All the facilities are air-conditioned. Room charges are based on single, double, triple, or quadruple occupancy.

When multiple occupancy is specified and there are preferred roommates, please include the roommate names. The roommates must do likewise. If no names are indicated, the registrar will try to assign them.

If climbing stairs is difficult, please so indicate in the "special needs" area when registering.

Conference housing is guaranteed Wednesday evening through Friday evening. Those wishing to begin their stay at the 4-H Center on Tuesday night or continue it through Saturday evening must contact the center directly.

A companion is someone not attending the conference who is sharing a room with a registrant. A companion registration covers meals and participation at evening events. Room charges are calculated separately, as with registrants, according to room occupancy numbers. Be sure to list the name of your companion when registering, and include payment for her/his registration and accommodations.

The Conference Center cafeteria offers a wide variety of food choices at each meal (including a soft ice cream station!), but does not take requests for special diets. The registration fee includes meals for the duration of the conference, Wednesday dinner through Saturday lunch.
